Our story
Coming from diverse backgrounds in the Northern California area, our team joined together based on our passion for serving underserved and at-risk individuals in our community. We put our greatest value on person-centered care, one on one support, and meeting clients where they are.
Our history
We began this initiative with the desire and ultimate goal being to reach out to young adults in Northern California who have been impacted by the justice system in some way, either having been incarcerated themself, or raised by a guardian who was incarcerated during their upbringing. We focus on providing guided understanding of various skills needed to thrive as independent adults while reducing recidivism.
